Waterloo Police Investigate Overnight Vandalism

WATERLOO – The Waterloo police arrested  21-year-old Nicholas Lloyd Pace on Friday morning after he vandalized six different businesses along Ansborough Avenue.  Pace was later found and arrested at a Perkins restaurant.  Waterloo police say the incident is still under investigation.
