VP Biden expected at downtown deli

Vice President Joe Biden is expected to eat at Blue Strawberry following his appearance with Iowa Gov. Chet Culver. Secret Service and local police are screening the lunch crowd guests as they enter the restaurant. Blue Strawberry rebuilt following the 2008 floods.
