TOLEDO- Toledo Police arrested a 30 year-old Mechanicsville man six minutes after they say he robbed an area motel. Toledo Police say around 10:15 p.m. Friday, they responded to an armed robbery at the Designer Inn and Suites on Highway 30.
Police say Nathaniel Sprott threatened the motel clerk with brass knuckles and took off with cash.
Sprott is charged with first degree robbery, possession of a controlled substance, operating while intoxicated and fourth degree theft. More charges are pending.
