IOWA CITY — After colliding with a car while riding his motorcycle in downtown Iowa City on Monday a University of Iowa football player was given a police recording of the accident. Josh Koeppel, showed that video to friends, and soon after it was posted on the Internet, according to a City of Iowa City news release.
